Manages the administrative support functions of the Division of Healthcare Improvement (DIVHI). This includes supporting the Director, Operations and the members of the Administrative Support Team (e.g., Project Manager, Support Coordinator, and Senior Secretary).  Serves as backup to the DIVHI Support Coordinator regarding Ligature Risk Extension Requests – (LRER).  Implements and monitors the operational processes for DIVHI including management of external customer requests, Sales Force and Central Office assignments for Standards Interpretation Group (SIG) and Physical Environment Specialist (PES) staff.  Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Administrative Support team. Produces management reports as needed/requested and assists the Director, Operations with budget activities. In conjunction with DIVHI staff and leadership, ensures that surveyed organizations receive excellent customer service.  Partners with IT to identify opportunities and implement change in computer applications (e.g., Central Office, Statement of Conditions (SOC), and Sales Force). Maintains the SharePoint adverse accreditation survey notification process and associated templates.  Represents the Director, Operations in their absence.
