Overview

The HR Coordinator provides critical administrative, operational, and project support across the Human Resources function. This role serves as a central point of coordination for enterprise-wide HR communications, recognition programs, org chart management, and a variety of employee-facing HR processes. The coordinator partners closely with HR leadership, Executive Assistants, Talent teams, and key stakeholders to ensure HR activities, events, and communications are accurate, timely, and well organized.

Responsibilities

  • Supports contract administration in Apttus.
  • Manages HR meeting logistics.
  • Facilitates records retention and archival processes.
  • Assists with core HR operations including unemployment claims, employment verifications, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness forms, invoices, and purchase order creation and maintenance.
  • Plays a key role in planning HR-sponsored events, supporting PMO scheduling for Workday implementation meetings, and assisting in organizations). This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR administrative or HR coordinator experience supporting a multi‑functional HR department.
  • Experience with HR systems, vendor contracts, invoices, or procurement processes preferred.
  • Experience coordinating organized wide events.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, workflows, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Understanding of contracts or vendor management processes, preferably within tools such as Apttus.
  • Familiarity with records retention, document management, and archival standards.
  • Working knowledge of HR operations: verifications, unemployment claims, tuition reimbursement, and employee recognition programs.
  • Basic understanding of Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
