The Field Staff Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for the overall planning, development, and delivery of education to all Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and Joint Commission International (JCI) field staff. (i.e., international surveyors, international consultants, domestic, Continuous Survey Readiness (CSR), and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services consultants (CMS).
Develops materials, educational resources, job aids and writes communication related to international accreditation, international and domestic standards, survey process, quality, and safety monitoring. Oversees and participates in all types of education events, including but not limited to field staff orientation and onboarding, face to face (F2F), online training, webinars, and training calls.
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring a minimum of two days a week in the office located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL
