- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business administration, management, or similar)
- 2 years relevant experience
- Proven record of success in operational efficiency and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience providing support to senior level leaders in a professional services organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams and Zoom.
- Must be an initiative-taker, work independently and lead initiatives.
- Ability to complete tasks in a challenging environment.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a driven personality required.
- Superior Time Management skills - understands prioritization of tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Excellent project management skills inclusive of understanding business operations, process decomposition, scoping, planning, analytical, needs requirement, organization, initiative & critical thinking skills
- The ability to reason and provide resolutions or alternative solutions.
- Must be willing to work as a team player with other the international sales and operations team members, Executive Assistants, and corporate staff.
