They provide financial consulting and strategic support, leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. This role is instrumental in driving business strategic analysis for the Joint Commission Enterprise, ensuring efficient financial operations, and guiding strategic business decisions. The FP&A Leader is a key figure in formulating financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts, while also managing and directing the activities of the financial planning and analysis function.
