Overview

We are a non-for-profit Health care company that is looking for a talented student to join our team. Our interns will be working on projects from concept through completion and we want you to help. You'll work with an amazing team of marketers and graphic designer who have great ideas and passion for what they do. This internship will provide opportunities for creative growth in both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will work hard, bring great ideas and engage with the team in a meaningful way that supports our work.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic design interns are responsible for assisting in the design of marketing materials, including print and digital advertising such as flyers, brochures, white papers, and social media. The intern will also be working on various internal projects to support the Enterprise. This internship is designed to help students learn how to use their creative skills while developing new ideas that will enhance brand awareness for the Enterprise.

    Detailed job duties include:

    • Design and develop graphic design projects for print, digital or other media.
    • Develop a portfolio of work that will be used to support the company's brand strategy.
    • Work with clients on creative ideas in order to create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign/Illustrator and some Photoshop).
    Create layouts from scratch as needed, using InDesign and/or Illustrator

Qualifications

  • Qualification

    • Must be currently enrolled at a College or University
    • Interest in graphic design and marketing  
    • Must be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite to create high quality work that meets the needs of the client while maintaining professional standards
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to learn quickly

Should be comfortable in a fast-paced marketing environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.
