The Manager, Audiovisual Solutions & Services, is a technical expert in AV design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Creates and implements short and long-term strategies to support the AV needs of the business.   Identifies and addresses all technology requirements and training needs related to AV equipment available to internal customers and external customers visiting the building site. Creates and updates internal AV policies and procedures.  Stays informed on current and new AV platforms and trends, making recommendations for new systems, upgrades, budget needs, and procedures to provide state of the art solutions. Manages AV contracts and vendors. Creates and tracks metrics to identify service trends and integrates solutions to satisfy customer needs.    


Manages, trains, and supervises the meeting support team. Along with team, ensures technology and physical spaces produce effective meeting services. Ensures issues are resolved quickly.      





  • Responsible for the end-to-end audiovisual client experience and is the company expert in all matters regarding AV solutions.
  • Installs and oversees AV implementations and upgrades to ensure they are completed timely, with minimal or no impact to customers. Manages AV projects and reports regularly on status and mitigates any risks. 
  • Ensures compliance of AV technology with cybersecurity standards and collaborates closely with security team.
  • Continuously monitors AV solutions to ensure they are available for customers to use and resolves any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Defines, tracks, and leverages metrics to provide insights into AV Service availability trends and identify issues that require attention.
  • Develops comprehensive, easy-to-follow policies and procedures for staff, ensuring ease-of-use and consistent & efficient use of AV technology.
  • Accountable for the physical room set ups and AV configuration for special events in the conference center.
  • Along with direct reports, monitors all AV events throughout the day, including inventory of meeting room supplies and furnishings. Proactively confirms high-profile meetings to ensure excellent service.
  • Improves the technical capabilities for internal IT staff supporting AV solutions by providing them with education and training.
  • Provides excellent customer service and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal & external customers.
  • Provides training, support, and guidance throughout the organization on AV services, including software platforms.
  • Manages AV contracts and vendor performance.    


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Focus on AV technology and business management preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the design, implementation, and support of AV technology and meeting platforms.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading or managing a team.
  • Experience in AV set up of high-profile engagements such as board meetings and upper management events.
  • An Expert with meeting platforms.
  • Working Knowledge of the latest AV technologies including but not limited to Crestron, Biamp, and Logitech.
  • Experience and proven ability to plan and execute large events.
  • Proven experience demonstrating timely responsiveness to customer issues and feedback.
  • Ability to research and recommend new strategies with tangible outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. At times this may include external customers.
  • Must be flexible and open to adjusting schedule to support the AV needs of the business, including required support for large, high-profile events, such as board meetings and conferences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve under pressure, and adapt to change.
  • Physical ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and equipment (up to 60 pounds).
  • Ability to work in confidential, high-profile meetings.
  • Flexibility in daily work schedule as required.
