Overview

The AI CoE is a core group of highly specialized individuals whose mission is to transform our TJC business through AI/ML technologies. Our team helps the business by partnering and strategically advising them on identifying opportunities and applying AI/ML use cases to enhance business solutions and processes.

 

This is a hybrid opportunity.   Our office is in Oak Brook Terrace, IL

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with natural language data for classification, entity extraction, and/or ranking and information retrieval problems. (e.g., LSTMs, Transformers, TF-IDF, Topic modeling, etc.)
  • Experience in working with documents spanning various business domains
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and customized libraries
  • Assist internal stakeholders to research and procure data required for training models
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop data and model pipelines
  • Improve existing Machine Learning models through CI/CD process
  • Write production-level code and bring it to production, engage in code reviews
  • Use of problem-solving- advanced Analytics methodologies (ML/AI) knowledge to derive architecture of ML models and assist in development of new models
  • Responsible for ongoing operation for deployed production models
  • Assist Data Science team with development of complex tools - models or database builds
  • Working with Data Engineers & Data Scientists to ensure integrity & governance and routines
  • Provide inputs/stories and assist in prioritization of ML deployment sprints

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in major modelling environments, SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow and good fluency in supervised and unsupervised models and how to apply them (Natural Language Processing - Linear and Logistics Regression- Bayesian Statistics and Interference - Time series- - Deep Learning algorithms)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in role delivering and supporting analytical capabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting ML models in a production cloud environment (Azure experience preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years working “hands-on” experience with analytical tools (preferably Azure ML- Power BI- SQL- Python)
  • Strong experience developing Azure CI/CD pipelines
  • Fluent in version control tools and practices (Git and Azure DevOps).
  • Project management experience and strong communication skills
  • Self-Starter- driven with high business process acumen
  • Team Player with a positive attitude and ability to work across different business stakeholder and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks
  • Experience working with database systems and analytical tools
  • Strong communication- problem-solving skills and a strong team player
