The Manager will be responsible for overseeing Sales Operations throughout Joint Commission Resources. This includes: Administration and governance of Salesforce.com, management of sales analytics, and on-going development and maintenance of sales training and sales enablement tools and resources.
The Manager will work with management and staff to determine business needs and work with IT to develop required applications, reports and dashboards within the CRM tool. The Manager will provide strategy and direction to ensure the Salesforce.com application aligns with, and meets business requirements. This position will manage the Sales Operations Analyst and support the sales activities of business development staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assesses the business requirements of product lines and develops appropriate Functional Requirements for Salesforce.com based on those needs; oversees the Salesforce governance process including planning of releases:
Project manages the integration of the Order Management System with Salesforce and ensures optimal maintenance of the integrated data and process.
Oversees analysis of customer and sales data to inform the sales targets and plans as well as sales forecasts. This includes development of dashboards and reports to demonstrate measurements against key performance indicators.
Develops sales training programs and sales enablement tools and ensure successful implementation of training programs and tools.
Serves as Administrator for FinancialForce.
Develops roadmap for upcoming year in coordination with Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations.
