    GENERAL SUMMARY

     

    Plans and executes business development and sales activities to current and potential accreditation and consulting clients within the Asia Pacific region as prioritized by the international product line leaders and regional management team. Builds, plans, and manages both strong short-term sales pipeline and long-term sustainable business relationships to maintain and increase sales and brand awareness of JCI’s products and services to Ministries of Health, major health system accounts and key JCI customers including hospitals and industry clients. Cultivates and builds strong customer relationships at the executive level, providing customer coordination, and leveraging the Principal consultants and other subject matter experts to assist in identifying and closing sales opportunities. Builds sales proposals based on customers’ specific needs and assist in seamless delivery solutions to clients

     

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Builds/establishes/maintains relationships and JCI’s brand awareness with Ministries of Health, major Health System Corporate Liaisons and Industy Clients.

     

    2. Understand the clients’ needs clearly and able to synthesize executable solutions working with various internal subject matter experts

     

     

    3. Creates sales opportunities by generating new customer leads, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customer, guiding the customers through JCI journey and coordinating meetings with customers and JCI vice presidents/executive directors/staff/consultants/subject matter experts to better understand the clients’ needs and to introduce suitable JCI products and services solutions.

     

    4. Meets or exceeds annual sales expectations and other KPIs as defined by the management

     

    5. Coordinates the development of client solutions/bundles/proposals, leads follow up discussions to close sales and contract signing

     

    6. Works with the management team to create/shape/redefine international sales/marketing strategy and implementation of the strategy

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    2. Prior work history in the health care industry (i.e.: hospital, pharmaceutical, vendor to health care providers.) strongly preferred
    3. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of successful business development experience.
    4. Ability to conduct presentations with appropriate level of salesmanship and consulting/education content.
    5. High energy and enthusiasm, with strong commitment to exceed client expectation.
    6. Strong team player with strong desire to be an active long-term participant in the growth of JCI business and Regional office.
    7. Ability to learn quickly and make an immediate impact to results
    8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    9. Ability to forecast sales and meet targets.
    10. Proven history as a positive relationship-manager with customers.
    11. Strong interpersonal skills
    12. Up to 50 – 75% travel required.
