  • Overview

    This position is responsible for the oversight and implementation of multiple operational process improvement programs and projects across TJC.  Serves as the key liaison between the strategic planning steering committee and the project teams delivering process improvements.  Develops project charters, aligned with strategic process improvements.  Leads a team of project managers that serve as experts in established project management principles and utilize and adhere to these principles to lead initiatives that support the ACO division and TJC process improvements which drive business results. Develops and oversees the development of detailed project plans and ensures all key milestones and interim goals are achieved within set timeframes and within budget.  Ensures projects and project plans are highly coordinated to create optimal efficiencies and effectiveness.  Leverages the power of BI and ensures metrics of success are developed, tracked and communicated on a regular basis to leadership.    



    1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare management, MBA or Certified Project Management strongly preferred.


    1. Green Belt/Black Belt certification strongly preferred.


    1. Five to seven years project management experience and proven track record for directing complex projects to successful completion.


    1. Five to seven years business/operations experience.


    1. Five to seven years of demonstrated experience working with senior leadership on performance improvement projects.


    1. Ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of external and internal stakeholders; ability to interface with all levels of management.


    1. Strong project management, interpersonal, and change management skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.


    1. Experience in managing and building strong teams.


    1. Excellent communicate skills and demonstrated ability in presenting to senior leadership.


    1. Strong strategic business perspective and systems thinking capability.


    1. Strong customer service skills.


    1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


    1. Results oriented with a demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities.


    1. Keen ability to understand, develop and analyze work process flows with emphasis on transforming from current to future states.


    1. Proficient with statistical software and other business software application such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, etc.


    1. Minimum travel required.
