This position is responsible for the oversight and implementation of multiple operational process improvement programs and projects across TJC. Serves as the key liaison between the strategic planning steering committee and the project teams delivering process improvements. Develops project charters, aligned with strategic process improvements. Leads a team of project managers that serve as experts in established project management principles and utilize and adhere to these principles to lead initiatives that support the ACO division and TJC process improvements which drive business results. Develops and oversees the development of detailed project plans and ensures all key milestones and interim goals are achieved within set timeframes and within budget. Ensures projects and project plans are highly coordinated to create optimal efficiencies and effectiveness. Leverages the power of BI and ensures metrics of success are developed, tracked and communicated on a regular basis to leadership.
