Master's prepared RN or counselors and social workers. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience, current clinical knowledge and recent Behavioral Health Care experience. A background in performance improvement and/or Joint Commission coordination helpful. Experience in inpatient psychiatry required. Demonstrated communication and customer service skills, demonstrated presentation, analytical, interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment. Strong computer skills required, including familiarity with spreadsheets, graphics and word processing. This position includes traveling up to 20% of the time including conducting surveys a minimum of four times a year.
