Under the direct supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, manages the administration, legal compliance, and communication of the Joint Commission’s qualified and non-qualified benefit programs.


  1. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the internal client’s side with emphasis on performance management, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
  2. Provides day-to-day HR support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  3. Liaisons seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence ensuring HR process delivery meets business needs.
  4.  Acts as the key member of the HR Management Team.
  5.  Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  6.  Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
  7.  Facilitates the leadership team to bring best solutions for employees.
  8.  Facilitates workforce planning with eye toward future business needs and current skill/capability gaps.
  9.  Supports business change/growth initiatives.
  10.  Drives HR initiatives unique to business needs.
  11. Provides counsel and advice to senior leadership team


  1. 10 to 15 years of previous experience in Human Resources Management.
  2. International HR Management experience preferably in Asia Pacific and Middle East.
  3.  Team player.
  4.  Communication skills.
  5.  Negotiation skills.
  6.  Project management and change management skills.
  7.  Strong business acumen.
  8.  Strong time management and priorities management skills.
  9.  Analytical and problem solving skills.
  10.  Labor law knowledge skills.
  11.  Bachelors required; masters preferred.
  12.  SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
