We are looking for an experienced professional to join our growing Enterprise Marketing team as an Associate Director of Marketing.

 

 

Key responsibilities of the Associate Director of Marketing include:

  • Oversee and manage annual marketing plan and budget for two key customer groups
  • Develop positioning and messaging platforms to differentiate our Enterprise capabilities within those defined customer groups
  • Produce compelling marketing content, in various forms to engage prospects and facilitate buyer enablement
  • Implement a demand generation strategy incorporating multiple marketing channels (email, digital, etc.) to reach lead targets and KPIs
  • Regularly analyze campaign results and develop insights to improve performance
  • Share formal plans, results and actionable insights with executive-level stakeholders
  • Manage outside agency partners and internal team partners to meet plan objectives

 

 

Qualifications

  • Team oriented – with the ability to build excitement and consensus around shared goals with stakeholders and within Enterprise Marketing

 

Experience required:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience within healthcare or other comparably complex B2B industry
  • 6+ years in a marketing management role, interacting with executive level internal stakeholders/clients.  This position is an ideal next step for an experienced Marketing Manager.
  • Business to business marketing experience required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and how these systems align with CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce) ideal. Experience with online media campaigns preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Marketing-related concentration a plus.
  • Experience in the home care or post-acute care settings (nursing home) a plus.  
  • Strong familiarity with Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms and digital media preferred.
