Provides administrative support to assigned staff, including but not limited to appointment/meeting scheduling and support, telephone and e-mail communication, external Advisory Council support, presentation support, preparation of correspondence, and file maintenance. Includes responsibilities for SalesForce prospect/customer data entry. Completes special projects as assigned.



  1. High school diploma minimum, college degree preferred.
  2.  A minimum of three years of administrative support/secretarial experience.
  3.  Strong customer service orientation.
  4.  Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs. Familiarity with SalesForce (CRM) software program.
