Lead the development of the segment marketing strategy and execution for Healthcare Systems across the Joint Commission Enterprise.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage annual segment marketing plan and budget
  • Develop positioning and messaging platforms to differentiate our Enterprise capabilities
  • Produce marketing content in various forms to engage prospects and facilitate buyer enablement
  • Implement the segment’s lead generation strategy with metric accountability
  • Analyze campaign results to improve performance to goal
  • Share formal plans, results and actionable insights with executive-level stakeholders
  • Manage outside agency partners and internal team partners to meet plan objectives

 

 

Qualifications

Skills we are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communicator  -  to articulate our Enterprise value and provide plan visibility to internal partners  
  • Creative, out of the box thinker  - to craft compelling messaging, campaigns and plans
  • Analytical problem solver – to synthesize information and draw actionable insights
  • Organized, self-starter – to jump in and lead multiple complex projects with tight deadlines, simultaneously
  • Team focused – to build excitement and consensus around shared goals

 

 

Experience required:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience within healthcare or other comparably complex B2B industry
  • 6+ years in a marketing management role, interacting with executive level internal stakeholders/clients
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and how these systems align with CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce) ideal. Experience with online media campaigns preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Marketing-related concentration a plus.
